The Mission

Warmth when the cold hits hardest

Every year, northern Bangladesh faces severe cold waves. The 2025–26 campaign was designed to reach up to 10,000 vulnerable families with "Warmth Kits".

Blankets left the warehouse as logistics — they arrived as dignity on freezing nights.

Volunteers mapped high-need pockets across Kurigram, Nilphamari, and Rangpur, then staged kits in district hubs before rolling out phased distributions. Night routes in Dhaka covered people sleeping rough when temperatures dropped.

Every kit was packed for immediate use—heavy blankets, woolens, and basic skin care—so families could stay warm without waiting for a second delivery.
