Mental Health Cell
Youth sessions on stigma, coping tools, and where to seek help — trust over spectacle.

The Story
Breaking silence in a safe room
Facilitated youth circles on mental health stigma — small rooms, practical tools, and paths to keep talking after the session ends.
Healing starts when a room feels safe enough to tell the truth.
Facilitators opened with stigma myths, then moved into practical coping tools and where to seek help. The room stayed small on purpose—trust over spectacle.
Printed guides and follow-up contacts went home with participants so the conversation did not end at the door.
